PRO-M2 is road legal any all European country. However, in order to drive on road, you will need registration and insurance. As PRO-M2 is type-approved as L1e-B you will need AM or B category driver license (car driver license)

With PRO-M2 we will attach invoice and CoC which will quite enough for registration procedure. Sample of Certificate of Conformity you can form on link below
